What brought you into this field?

I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping people navigate their challenges and discover their strengths. Witnessing individuals find self-acceptance and build resilience is incredibly rewarding to me. I believe that everyone has the potential to grow and thrive, and I am dedicated to supporting them on that journey.

My own experiences have shown me the transformative power of therapy, and I want to provide others with the same opportunity for healing and empowerment.

Counseling style:

My counseling style is deeply individualized, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I believe that each client is unique, so I tailor my approach to align with their specific needs, experiences, and goals. I strive to build strong therapeutic rapport, creating a safe and supportive environment that encourages clients to share their stories and perspectives.

Modalities:

I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches to best meet the needs of my clients, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
