Billing & Insurance

YES! Most of our providers accept the following insurance plans:

Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (including Blue Benefit), Carelon Behavioral Health (including Fallon, Unicare, Wellsense, etc.), Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim (including Health Plans, Inc.), Health New England, Masshealth (including BeHealthy, MBHP), Optum (including Allways, Mass General Brigham, United Healthcare, etc.), and Tufts Health Plan (commercial plans only).

That’s okay! We offer a sliding scale option for those without insurance. Rates vary between $60 – $200. Your specific rate is determined by comparing your household size and yearly household income to the current federal poverty level (FPL) income numbers.

For example, if your household size is 2 and your yearly household income is $22,800, you qualify for the $60 per session rate.

All cost-sharing payments may be made through your client portal. You may use any major credit card, HSA, or FSA card to make cost-sharing payments via your client portal.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to pay with your bank account, Klarna, or Google Pay, you may do so here.

If you prefer to pay with your CareCredit credit card, please contact us at (413) 636-3829 or at billing@leavesofchangecounseling.com so we may process your initial CareCredit payment.

To view your client portal for psychotherapy services, click here.

Typically, the email address you initially registered is the one you will use to sign in. If you can’t remember which email address you used, check your email inbox for any automated emails from us. Automated emails are usually sent only to the email address(es) that are tied to your client portal(s).

If you still can’t log in, please email us at support@leavesofchangecounseling.com with the new email address you would like associated with your client portal.

Email us at support@leavesofchangecounseling.com so that we may assist you with accessing your client portal(s). Oftentimes, we need to prompt a manual password reset so you may regain access to your client portal.

Services

We offer individual, couples, and family counseling.

At this time, we do not offer in-person services. All services we offer are currently remote only and are primarily conducted as synchronous video communications through the electronic health records (EHR) systems we utilize.

Providers are limited to providing services only in states or territories in which they hold a current and active professional license.

Fortunately, in addition to being licensed in Massachusetts, some of our providers are also licensed in Connecticut and Vermont. If you live in either Connecticut or Vermont and have insurance we accept, you are eligible to receive services at Leaves of Change Counseling.
