With warmth and curiosity, I aim to create a trauma-informed space for clients to explore their experiences and develop skills that support their goals. Whether you’re hoping to process a life change, learn more about your patterns in relationships, or find better coping mechanisms, we can get there together. I’m eager to meet you where you are and figure out collaboratively how we can make the therapeutic space most effective for you.

With a special interest in working with college students and adults, I integrate cognitive and somatic skills in my work with clients, drawing most often from DBT, polyvagal theory, attachment-focused therapy, and cognitive processing therapy.

I specialize in Sex Positive Therapy, Perinatal Mental Health, and Anxiety
