The desire to help support people as they process through their past and develop new strategies/new ways of thinking along their healing journey.

Counseling style:

Depending on your current needs at the time of session, our work together can look like processing through & sitting with your emotions to better understand why you are having this emotion (even if you can’t identify it at the time) or developing coping strategies/alternative thinking patterns.
