Do you feel as though you’ve been navigating life’s unknowns alone? Are you stuck in a cycle of negative thinking? Are you experiencing self-doubt? Are you looking to increase your well-being and begin healing? Dealing with life’s challenges and transitions can be stressful and overwhelming, and it is important to find balance and healthy ways to cope with these changes. Let’s work together to untangle these issues that arise and gain a positive perspective for the future. Since we are diverse and multidimensional beings, I have developed my therapeutic style to be person-centered and trauma-informed with an individualized approach. I specialize in treating adolescents and adults with co-occurring disorders, who have faced a variety of issues that have become detrimental to their lifestyles. I am attentive to the needs of LGBTQ+ and gender expansive individuals. I will meet you where you are at and acknowledge you for who you truly are. I understand how daunting and uncomfortable reaching out for therapy can be. My goal is to provide a safe space where you will be able to share, process, and grow. I offer free phone consultations to determine if we would be a good match in therapy, with no pressure to schedule if we are not an appropriate match.
