I offer support for multiple mood disorders, depression, anxiety, Military transition, trauma recovery, and more. Seeking help can feel like a massive task, but it doesn’t have to be. What brought you into this field?
I love watching people step into their unique power. I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and I have a passion for helping them reach their goals. I do this work because I am humbled and inspired by the fortitude of the Human Spirit.
Counseling style:
I believe that treatment approaches should be individually catered to each client’s needs. As such, I work with a variety of modalities in session, including CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing. I operate from a strengths-based perspective that emphasizes client autonomy.

I specialize in Trauma recovery, Anxiety Treatment, Major Depressive Disorder, and Gender Identity/ Self Acceptance Therapy. I am also a Veteran of the United States Army and specialize in helping individuals to recover from Military Sexual Trauma.

I completed my Masters Degree in Social Work at Arizona State University.
Past Experience:
In the past, I have worked with children as young as ten, families, couples, teens and adults. I have also enjoyed working with people to explore their gender identities in a safe and supportive environment.
