What brought you into this field?
I love being able to accompany people on their unique journeys, both in celebrating victories and helping them through the bumps that pop up the way.
Counseling style:
My counseling approach is warm, person centered, trauma informed, and strength-based. My experiences working in mental health systems have shown me the profound harm that coercive systems can cause to vulnerable populations. This has driven me to practice from an anti-oppressive therapeutic lens focused around self choice and community care.
