Access your client portal.
Psychotherapy Services Clients:
Logging in to your client portal:
- Click the image above or visit https://leavesofchangecounseling.clientsecure.me/sign-in to be directed to our Psychotherapy Services client portal.
- In the “Email address” box, enter the email address with which you originally registered. Then, click the “SEND LINK” button.
- Check your inbox for an email from Leaves of Change Counseling Client Portal. This email will come from the email address yourprovider@simplepractice.com.
- In the email you received, click the “SIGN IN” button. This will log you in to your client portal. Once the page finishes loading, you should find yourself on the “Documents, Forms, and Files” page of your client portal.
